What this service currently offers

This early-access desk accepts requests for free software scope checks. A request is not a paid order, a contract, or a promise to deliver. Paid bookings are not currently available. A supported task, price, acceptance criteria and service terms must be agreed separately before paid work starts.

AI-assisted assessment

Request descriptions may be read and assessed using AI tools operated by the desk. Do not include secrets, passwords, access tokens, customer records, regulated personal information or private source code in this form. Any access to a private repository must be arranged separately with appropriate permission.

What is stored

We store your email address, task description, category, optional repository URL, acceptance criteria and progress notes to handle your request. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores request metadata. We do not run advertising or third-party analytics on this site. A short-lived hash derived from the connecting IP is used to limit repeated submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored in the desk's application database. Cloudflare may process network information to operate its services.

Your private tracking link

The tracking link contains a secret in its URL fragment. The page sends that secret in an authorization header to read your request. Anyone you share the link with can access the request status and quote. The desk does not email the link automatically; save it when you submit.

Withdrawing a request

Use “Withdraw and delete this request” on your private tracking page to delete the scope-check request and its notes. The desk does not retain a separate application backup. Cloudflare's underlying service backups and operational logs may have their own retention periods. Financial records would be governed by separate terms once paid bookings are available.

Availability

Scope checks may queue when the desk is unavailable. Submitting a request carries no guaranteed response time. Never send payment based on a screenshot, an unsolicited message, or an address that is not part of a separately confirmed agreement.
